RV Camper Care is operated by [YOUR LLC NAME] ("we", "us"). By using rvcampercare.com or the RV Camper Care app, you agree to these terms.

What we do

We are a referral service. We pass RV owners' service requests to independent RV technicians and businesses ("partners"). We do not perform, supervise, guarantee or warrant any service. Partners are not our employees or agents.

For RV owners

  • Using RV Camper Care is free for RV owners.
  • Price ranges on this site are general estimates based on typical market rates. They are not quotes. Your partner sets the final price after seeing your RV, and you pay the partner directly.
  • When you submit a request, we share it, including your name and contact details, with one partner at a time until a partner accepts it.
  • Any agreement for work is between you and the partner. Check the partner's credentials, get a written quote, and raise any dispute about the work with the partner.

For partners

  • Referral fee. When you accept a lead, we charge the referral fee shown on the offer to your card on file: currently 5% of the estimate's midpoint, minimum $15.00. The fee is fixed when the offer is made and does not change with the final job price. Declining or letting an offer expire costs nothing.
  • Credits. You may request a credit within 72 hours of accepting a lead that is unreachable, a duplicate, or not a genuine request. We review each request and decide in good faith.
  • Your responsibilities. You are an independent business. You hold the licenses, insurance and skills your work requires, maintain general liability insurance, set your own prices, and are solely responsible for your work, your warranties and your conduct with customers.
  • Customer data. Use customer details only to quote and perform the requested service. Don't sell or share them.
  • We may pause or remove a partner for repeated customer complaints, failed payments or misuse of leads.

Limits of our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any service performed or not performed by a partner, or for any loss arising from it. Our total liability to a partner for any claim is limited to the referral fees that partner paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
